Cancellations
We accept cancellations under the following conditions:
Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Reservations made under special deals, promotions, or discounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Date Changes
A one-time date change is permitted if requested at least 5 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. Late requests may incur additional charges or be treated as a cancellation.
Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for unused nights due to early check-outs once your stay has commenced.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
